Starting bright before clouding over later.
Today:
A bright start for most, with some warm sunny spells and perhaps one or two showers developing. It will gradually cloud over from the south however, with spells of mostly light rain spreading northwards into the afternoon. Maximum temperature 14 °C (57 °F).
Tonight:
Although cloudy, it should become largely dry overnight, with clear spells developing. The far north of the region may remain cloudier with some rain and hill fog, however. Generally mild. Minimum temperature 7 °C (44 °F).
Saturday:
Cloud should progressively clear the north to leave a mainly dry day across the region with some warm sunny spells, although a few showers may develop by the afternoon. Maximum temperature 17 °C (62 °F).
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Cloud and occasional rain increasingly giving way to sunny spells. Temperatures will be generally near-normal, but feeling warm in sunshine. Brisk northeasterly winds at times, particularly around coasts.
