Since August 2006, so about 5 years.

Why is it important to you to volunteer time at Apple AM?
Because I don't want the music I love to be forgotten, And so many local radio station don't want to play it.
What's your favourite music genre and some of your favourite?
Rock n Roll, 60's, 70's, soul, and the odd nudge into the 80's. The Beatles, The Everly Brothers and Ricky Nelson songs are all good.

Johnnie Walker and his life in radio.

When can we tune into your show?
Saturdays between 8am -10am. Rod also sits in the hot seat for Bank Holiday Breakfast from 8am to 10am
