Here is what Jason(aka) JayJay had to say when we chatted to him.
Well, what a year it's been! For me it all started in April of 2010 when I nervously sat next to Tracey Smith for the first time on a Saturday night. Now in August 2011 im sitting on the Committee as Vice-Chairman i also hold the role of Programme Controller as well. To top all that im also the presenter waking you up every weekday morning here at Apple AM on Breakfast.
I have always had a keen interest in Radio, from sitting infront of a tape player introducing songs to family and friends. To Joining Tower Sound at Newton Abbot hospital in 1997. Paid work was calling me and i took time out from my dream to knuckle down and join the ranks at Tesco. My dream only lay dormant for so long before it came and bit me on the bum. So having Moved to Bridgwater i contacted Apple AM and here i am. From that i also made it to FM in North Devon during a series or RSL'S with The Voice FM.
Being an 80's baby i have a great love of the music from the said decade, however i play a wide range of music on my shows from 60's to current. You will always hear a song you haven't heard for a while on one of my Breakfast Shows.
When not On-Air i love to relax with a good book or take a trip to the cinema. I enjoy food and love eating out at the many pubs and resturants in Bridgwater/Taunton.
