Re local radio,

Why do you think local radio died ??
Because it was all the same, two and three records in a row, you played what bland recordings the computer told you to play, they all sounded the same, the public could easily have that with an I-pod except it would be their own choice of music. The general public want to be entertained, they want to be talked to. The vast majority of listeners are of a mature age and not one local station has ever programmed for them . The wide range of different programmes on Apple AM is the way to go for community radio, otherwise it will fail like all other ILR station did. Regarding "red spots on the board, we have lots of noon to 2pm spots, talk to me and you can fill them or any other blank spots, if YOU can't do them don't shout about it.
